I've always been "too skinny" in my opinion. As I grew older I became more self conscious of my size 0 frame. I decided i would do my research on how i could gain weight and came across the perfect solution. I gained over 20 pounds and it was a Life Changer. Not only did the number on the scale sky rocket so did my confidence. So I'm here to help you reach your own personal "Body Goals".

Prepare

Gaining weight makes you very sleepy the first few days. I would suggest you start your plan when you don't have any plans for the next few days. Don't worry from my experience the drowsiness wears off after staying consistent.

First day

Set out time to focus on your goal. I suggest 3 times a day or whatever you feel comfortable with.

Eat

This is the most important step..In most cases people can tell that they are eating more by this step. Even if you don't feel hungry you will probably notice you're now finishing all of your food. If you don't feel a increase in appetite you may want to increase your plan. This plan does NOT work for everybody as Ive seen on social media but everyone Ive suggested the plan to has had great results. Remember 3500 calories is equivalent to one pound. You must Eat in order to get to your personal goal weight.

Sleep

 

By this step you're probably looking for your bed. The drowsiness is expected and is a common side effect. Get your rest you have a lot of eating to do.
